Call Trafficker
Location: Remote (3 hours minimum)
Hours: Part-time, flexible shifts
Reports to: Director

Role Overview
As a Call Trafficker, you will play a crucial role in managing incoming calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate volunteer.. You will be responsible for monitoring call flow, coordinating support efforts, and finding emergency cover when a volunteer is unavailable. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and route incoming calls to the appropriate volunteers or services.
Escalate urgent or high-risk cases to the appropriate safeguarding leads.
Liaise with volunteers to ensure smooth coordination of call handling.
Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity in all interactions.
Provide administrative support related to call management.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in call handling, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with care.
Excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with Google Workspace.
Familiarity with safeguarding policies (training will be provided).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
