Maryam Support Line Ethics Code

1. Compassion and Kindness “The merciful are shown mercy by the Most Merciful. Be merciful on the earth, and you will be shown mercy from above.” - [Hadith - Tirmidhi]

We will treat everyone with compassion and kindness, offering support and understanding to those in need.

2. Confidentiality “And do not spy or backbite each other…” - [Qur’an 49:12]

We will maintain the confidentiality of all callers, respecting their privacy and trust.

3. Integrity “O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice.” - [Qur’an 33:70]

We will act with honesty and integrity in all interactions, ensuring our actions align with Islamic principles.

4. Respect and Dignity “Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you…” - [Qur’an 49:13]

We will treat every individual with respect and dignity, regardless of their background or situation.

5. Non-Judgmental Support “None of you [truly] believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself.” - [Hadith - Bukhari & Muslim]

6. Professionalism “Verily, Allah loves that when anyone of you does a job, he should perfect it.” - [Hadith - Bayhaqi]

7. Empathy “The believers are but brothers, so make settlement between your brothers. And fear Allah that you may receive mercy.” - [Qur’an 49:10]

8. Continuous Improvement “Allah will raise those who have believed among you and those who were given knowledge, by degrees.” - [Qur’an 58:11]
