Role Overview: We are seeking a LinkedIn Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a LinkedIn strategy that increases our visibility, engages our audience, and drives meaningful connections with professionals and organizations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for social media, community building, and making a positive impact in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a LinkedIn content strategy that aligns with our mission and goals.

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on our LinkedIn page.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of our LinkedIn posts, using insights to optimize future content.

  • Grow our LinkedIn network by identifying and engaging with relevant professionals, groups, and organizations.

  • Collaborate with our team to highlight success stories, volunteer experiences, and the impact of our work.

  • Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our presence on the platform.

  • Report on LinkedIn growth, engagement, and overall performance to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn accounts, either for a brand, nonprofit, or personal project.

  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithms, analytics, and best practices.

  • Excellent written communication skills with a creative flair for social media content.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Passion for empowering Muslim women and supporting mental health initiatives.

  • Experience in the nonprofit sector or with volunteer-led organizations is a plus.
